Nour Premium — United Arab Emirates & GCC

At Nour Premium, we believe that receiving your order should be as effortless and enjoyable as choosing it. We are pleased to offer carefully arranged delivery services across the United Arab Emirates and the GCC.

1. Shipping Destinations

All Nour Premium orders are dispatched from our fulfillment location in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We currently deliver to the following countries:

United Arab Emirates
Saudi Arabia
Qatar
Kuwait
Bahrain
Oman

We do not currently offer delivery to destinations outside these countries through our online checkout.

2. Shipping Within the UAE

Standard delivery across the UAE is available for AED 25 per order, subject to the applicable shipping conditions.

Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time. Any applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

3. GCC International Shipping — A Little Luxury, On Us

As a special gesture to our customers, Nour Premium contributes approximately 50% towards standard international shipping costs across the GCC.

This applies to deliveries to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and applicable parcel weight. The amount payable by the customer is displayed at checkout.

No promotional code is required.

Our shipping contribution applies to transportation costs only and does not include customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance charges.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are prepared for dispatch from our Dubai fulfillment location.

Estimated international courier transit times are generally 2–4 business days, depending on the destination.

These estimates do not include order preparation time or potential customs clearance delays.

Actual delivery times may vary due to public holidays, courier operations, remote delivery locations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international deliveries outside the UAE, the destination country may impose import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees or other applicable charges.

These charges are not included in Nour Premium's shipping rates and, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs authorities or the delivery provider may request payment before releasing the shipment.

Nour Premium does not determine the amount of these charges, as they depend on local regulations and the declared value of the goods.

6. Shipping Weight & Packaging

Shipping rates are determined by the applicable parcel weight and destination.

For transparency, garment weights may be displayed on individual product pages. These refer to the garments themselves and may exclude packaging.

The final shipping calculation may account for packaging, physical weight and volumetric weight, where applicable.

7. Delivery Address & Unsuccessful Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including a valid telephone number and delivery address.

If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, refusal to accept the shipment or failure to complete required customs formalities, additional charges may apply.

We will assist customers with delivery enquiries whenever reasonably possible.
